- I am 35 years old, and my upper left wisdom tooth is very decayed is broken (pieces are missing.) I am going for a consultation later today with an oral/maxillofacial surgeon. The receptionist said that if I only need to be numb he may be able to extract it today saving me the additional $185 consultation fee. But if I need to be asleep I'll have to reschedule. I know there is a good chance the tooth could crumble into a million pieces as it is being pulled due to the decay. How likely is that? Also, if there is a good chance of that happening, with then the tooth being taken out piece by piece, should I be awake or have IV sedation? I also keep hearing about the awful noise you hear whem it is extracted while you are awake, and about the painful injections to numb the area. (Injections that can make you gag, I've heard. I gag easily.) Also, if it;s infected, do I need to take antibiotics first to get rid of the infection before it is pulled so that that the infection doesn't spread?

- I'm trying to grow an indoor mango tree from seed. I've done some research and have found various methods, but to date I have not had any luck. First attempt: I took the seeds out of the husk and planted them directly in soil. The seeds ended up getting moldy and I had to throw them out. Next, I cut one end of the husk and suspended the seed (while still in the husk) over a glass of water. I covered the whole thing with a plastic bag to make a mini greenhouse. Two of the seeds started to sprout until I realized that the seed was upside down. I turned the seeds around but then they died a few days later. I tried this method again with more seeds, but this time right side up. Two of the seeds sprouted and one of them produced a ~5 shoot with tiny little hairlike filaments near the top. At this point I moved it from the pantry to a window sill where it could get light. After a few days, the hairlike filaments turned black and it died. What do I need to do differently?

- These lines are not above or beside my smile, but below. They are lines (about two) that extend fron the corners of my mouth almost down to my chin when I smile, they somewhat look like scars though they are not. - Hi, i broke my Mizuno glove last week so I need to buy a new one. I’m most of the time a pitcher, third baseman or an outfielder (so around a 13 inches glove), an the most important thing about the glove i’m gonna buy is, to me, how long it’s gonna last. I’m ready to spend more cash, as long as the lifetime of the glove is worth the difference of the price.
